
Jennifer Dickinson, PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist
Jen (Vogelsmeier) Dickinson was born and raised in Sweet Springs where she was a 2007 graduate of SSHS. After high school, she made the long drive to Columbia, MO and attended the University of Missouri. Jen graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2013. In June 2013, she married her high school sweetheart, Chris. Together, they have two amazing kiddos. Olivia who was born in 2015 and Eli who was born in 2018.
After Olivia was born, Jen began taking specialty courses for pelvic floor physical therapy. She has over 100 hours of continuing education across the country in this sub-specialty and is currently a Teachers Assistant for the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Jen joined the Physical Therapy of Concordia family in January 2020 after 7 years at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, MO.
In 2021, she returned home and helped open Sweet Springs Physical Therapy.
In her free time, Jen enjoys running and spending time with her family at the Lake of the Ozarks. She is also an avid sports fan and loves to attend or watch sporting events. M I Z!


Sydney Allen, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Sydney was born and raised in Salisbury, MO. She attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May of 2022. In June of 2022 she married Eric Allen and made Sweet Springs her home.
Sydney splits her time between Sweet Springs Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy of Concordia. She joined the team in July 2022.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as spending time outside and down at the lake.
Michelle Boland
Receptionist
MIchelle (Winter) Boland graduated from Sweet Springs R-7 in 1989. She earned her bachelor's degree in education from the University of Central Missouri and her Master's in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Michelle married Donald Boland in December of 1994. Together, they have two children, Bailey and Brock.
Michelle and her family live in rural Sweet Springs. Michelle enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her family and traveling.
Michelle joins Sweet Springs Physical Therapy after 13 years in the education field. She is excited to be back in SS and seeing familiar faces.
