More About Sweet Springs Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy of Concordia was looking to expand east and in 2021, opened a sister clinic in Sweet Springs. We are currently in the existing rehab space within the former I-70 Community Hospital with plans to grow and remodel into a larger space.

We have an open gym area, as well as a private treatment room available.

A bit of history - In 2005, Jennifer, our clinic director, played in the marching band with Sweet Springs High School at the hospital's groundbreaking ceremony. 16 years later, she returns to the space as an experienced physical therapist to get Sweet Springs Physical Therapy off the ground.
